Not a Consumer Reporting Agency. This website is not a consumer reporting agency as defined by the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA). Nothing on this site, and nothing returned by any third-party tool linked from it, may be used to make decisions about credit, employment, insurance, tenant screening, or any other purpose the FCRA covers.
How Current Is Information
Agencies correct records, revise fees, replace portals, and digitize new years. Library holdings can also move. Although pages are maintained, no fact is guaranteed current or complete. Verify important details with the Dane County, Middleton, or Wisconsin custodian before relying on them.
Not Legal Advice
Nothing on this site is legal advice. We point to record sources and explain how resident rolls and directories generally work in Middleton; a website is not a substitute for a licensed attorney.
Lawful Use Only
Public rolls exist for transparency, not for harm. Do not use anything found through this site to stalk, harass, intimidate, or hurt any person. Misusing personal information can violate Wisconsin criminal law and federal law, and it violates our Terms of Use.
Third-Party Search Tools
Some pages include search boxes powered by third-party companies. We do not control what those tools return, what they charge, or how they handle submitted data, and their results are not FCRA-compliant consumer reports.
Outbound Links
We link to assessor and recorder portals, elections-office lookups, court searches, library local history collections, archives, and similar resources. We are not responsible for any external site's content, accuracy, or availability.
Government Records Stay Elsewhere
No government roll, court file, vital certificate, or directory scan is hosted here. The relevant agency, library, or archive supplies, verifies, and corrects its own materials.
